The Anora Duo Mark Leung – Violin – Chancy Li -Piano
Students from The Royal Academy of Music
Anora Duo is a collaboration between pianist Chancy Li and violinist Mark Leung,
two musicians dedicated to bringing fresh energy and depth to classical repertoire.
Their name, Anora, meaning honour and light, reflects their vision—to illuminate
timeless music with personal interpretations that blend tradition with individuality.
Chancy and Mark first met through their shared passion for chamber music and
quickly formed a musical partnership based on trust, sensitivity, and a mutual desire
to explore music beyond the score. Their performances are marked by a deep
understanding of each other’s artistry, creating an intimate and expressive musical
dialogue. Together, they aim to bring audiences both the richness of classical music
and a fresh perspective that makes every performance personal and meaningful.

Royal Academy of Music under Michael Dussek and John Reid.
